CO2 Solenoid Valve and Needle Valve with 1/4" pipe threads
This solenoid assembly is designed to deliver a controlled volume of CO2 to a
hydroponics or aquarium plant grow operation and is designed to be mounted away
from your CO2 tank and main CO2 regulator. These solenoid assemblies can also
operate in parallel, with each one feeding it's own plant growing aquarium or
grow area. Having the ability to custom feed the correct volume to each type of
plant or to each plant depending on its growth stage is important for producing
quality plants for maximum profit.
This solenoid ships with a pre-wired 12 VDC power supply and is ready to use
as is.
A 12 VDC powered solenoid is much better than a 120 VAC
solenoid because you don't get the AC buzz you often get from a AC powered
solenoid. Years ago we used to build a similar solenoid valve with a 120 VAC
coil but we stopped because too many would get noisy after they were installed
for a while.

This solenoid assembly is great for:
Control CO2 flow to a hydroponics or growing plants in a aquarium system
Note: This solenoid has a 0.1" orafice, more than large enough to to pass CO2 gas for a
hydroponics system or for growing plants in a aquarium system and more than
large enough for providing CO2 for even large homebrew needs. But the orafice is
not large enough to provide high volume CO2 needed for operations in a large
commercial brewery.
