year, no questions asked warranty. The warranty covers any manufacturing
defects but does not apply to product that has been modified after
purchasing from us. Refurbished Kegs are covered by a 90 day warranty. Defective / damaged
CO2 and Nitrogen regulator returns
We used to pre-ship replacement regulators to customers but we had to
stop this practice because too many customers were not returning their
damaged regulators to us or were returning regulators with 'bad' written
on the regulator body with a sharpie marker. Almost all damaged
regulator are repairable but one with 'bad' written on the body is
unsellable. We now offer two CO2 and nitrogen regulator return options. 1 - You can purchase a replacement regulator from us then
return the defective regulator to us. We will inspect the regulator and
will issue a full refund for the replacement providing the regulator
body has no marks that would prevent us from reselling the unit as
refurbished after repair & testing. 2 - You can ship the regulator in for repair and we will
ship the repaired & tested regulator back to you the next business day. |
